Message from TheraV Family Massage

Dear Friends of TheraV,

We at TheraV are overjoyed and deeply humbled by your kind thoughts and concern. Some of you have been going out of your way to ask how we are doing. One has even offered to give us toilet paper. One has told us upon making her reservation that while she is in great pain and needs our services, that she will understand if we don’t accept her reservation. One of our therapists has offered help beyond her services as a therapist. Others have expressed that, all risks considered, as long as it remains feasible, we can call them any time to render their services, particularly to our VIP members. Let me fondly express to all of you in my native language: “Pinatataba ninyo ang aming puso”. (literally, you make our hearts fat… but you know what it really means.) “Kasama kayo sa aming mga panalangin” (you are in our prayers). I pray for every single one of you before I do my massage.

As long as we are not specifically mandated to stop operation, we will open our doors to you. Your pain is our pain. Those who have a scheduled reservation, I recommend that we do it as close as possible to today. Gov. Bill Lee’s Executive Order 17, did not mention us among the establishments that are to shut down, so we are going to continue bringing relief to those in need.

May I request of you the following:

1. For our therapists, please bring an extra set of clothes solely for use during the massage session. Upon arrival at our office, please head straight to the rest room, change clothes, and wash your hands, and proceed immediately to the massage area.

2. For those who come to have a massage, if you arrive early, please wait in your car until 5 minutes before start of your session. We want to have the least number of people inside the building.

3. Needless to say, for everybody including myself, we will not go to TheraV if we are sick.

4. For VIP members, we want to assure you that your monthly dues will be properly credited for your future use, and as long as your membership continues uninterrupted, you will not be affected by the increase in membership fee that is due for this year.

5. This crisis is not forever. We belong to a great country. We will get past this – together!!!

Soon!!! In the meantime, when you are inside our massage rooms, please continue to enjoy your session as if it were a physical and emotional retreat, enjoy the soothing music, and if you want to sing along… gee I would love that. As always, we will do our best to ease your pain, release your stress and hope to see you leave TheraV with a smile on your lips and a song in your heart.

Best Regards,

Vilma
